About Me

My photo
Greg Shepard Professional Baseball Instructor and Future Chiropractor
San Jose, California, United States
Currently I am enrolled in the doctorate of chiropractic program at Palmer West. I am a former professional player and current hitting and catching instructor. I played college baseball at Cal State Northridge where is majored in Kinesiology and Biomechanics. Then went on the play 7 years at the professional level in the Chicago White Sox Minor League system. I live in San Jose, Ca right now and work with baseball players and other athletes. I still play baseball for fun and love to experiment with new theories and principles all the time. I'm still a student of the art of hitting. Mastery is a lifetime's work.
